Over the past month, the construction team of Nam O Heritage has been putting full efforts into completing the key components, with commitment to meeting the set schedule. The detailed progress of each component is as follows:

SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP

As of the end of August 2025, all 04 mock-up shophouse units have been fully completed with interior and door installation, indoor and corridor areas, while finishing wall plastering and MEP system installation.

In September 2025, the construction team is expected to complete the indoor and corridor areas for all 04 mock-up shophouses, MEP and air conditioning systems installation. Meanwhile, interior design and furnishing installation are in progress.

SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – PHASE 2A & 2B

In August 2025, 50% of shophouses in Zone 2A (Hoi An Zone) were completed with structural concrete works for the attic floor. The construction team is concurrently proceeding with foundation and basement completion and installation of underground MEP pipelines for nearly 80% of shophouses in Zone 2B (Da Nang Zone).

In September 2025, all shophouses in Zone 2A are set to complete the attic-floor slab and columns, while 80% of shophouses in Zone 2B are expected to undergo the completion of structural works for basement and ground floor slab.

VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

In August 2025, the construction team proceeded with technical infrastructure systems, including the electrical system, water system, lighting system, fire safety, as well as the road and sidewalk system construction.

In September 2025, these systems are expected to continue progressing towards completion.

INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE – VILLA ZONE RECEPTION

In August 2025, construction works such as ceiling and built-in interior works, installation of the recessed MEP system, tiling of indoor areas and corridors,... were completed. The construction of structural works for pedestrian walkways and the facilities of the surrounding green park features are underway.

In September 2025, the construction is expected to be completed and handed over for official operation and commercial use.
