NAM O HERITAGE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
OCTOBER 2024

Overcoming the impacts of the weather, the development team at Nam O Heritage remain diligent in their work, overcoming all difficulties to keep up with the proposed schedule. The detailed progress of the project items is as follows:

MAIN GATE & RETAIL AREA

The main gate and the retail area were completed and became operational in September 2024.

SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP

Up to now, the elevator in the shophouse mock-up has been put into operation. At the same time, plastering, roof tiling, and exterior painting have also been completed. It is expected that in October 2024, the pathways and surrounding landscape will be finished; additionally, the design and construction of 2 mock-up rooms will be implemented.

VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE - PHASE 1

By the end of September 2024, the project had completed the structural work for the following items: rainwater and wastewater drainage systems; power supply, water supply, and lighting systems; telecommunication systems; greenery, roads, and sidewalks. According to the plan, the subsequent finishing steps, as well as the design and preparation for the construction of phase 2, will continue to be carried out in October 2024.

SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – PHASE 2A

By the end of September 2024, the construction team had carried out structural concrete pouring for the columns and basement walls of all 20 shophouses along the seaside and poured foundation concrete for 6 out of 20 units along the main road. It is expected that in October 2024, the concrete pouring for the ground floor beams of the 20 seaside units and the foundations for all 20 shophouses along the main road will be completed.

INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE

In September 2024, the foundation structure of Indochine Express Lounge was under construction and is entering the preparation phase for pouring the ground floor beams. It is expected that the entire structural work will be completed in October 2024.
