Throughout the past month, the construction team has remained fully committed, executing scheduled work items with consistent focus and ensuring construction quality. Detailed progress for each component is as follows:

SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP

As of the end of October 2025, all 04 mock-up shophouse units have been fully completed with interior installation, wall finishing, floor tiling, MEP and air conditioning system installation.

In November 2025, 02 mock-up shophouses are set to be opened for operation. Meanwhile, the construction team is expected to complete the indoor and corridor areas, and continue with interior design and furnishing installation for all mock-up shophouses.

SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – HOI AN & DA NANG ZONES

In October 2025, all shophouses in Hoi An Zone were completed with structural concrete works for the attic floor, and over 20% of shophouses were progressed with structural concrete works for the rooftop. The construction team is concurrently proceeding with the basement completion for 60% of shophouses in Da Nang Zone.

In November 2025, all shophouses in Hoi An Zone are set to complete the rooftop slab, while over 70% of shophouses in Da Nang Zone are expected to undergo the completion of structural works for basement and ground floor slab.

VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

In October 2025, over 70% of technical infrastructure systems for the villa zone, including the electrical system, water system, lighting system, fire safety, and over 60% of road and sidewalk system construction were completed.

In November 2025, these systems are expected to continue progressing towards completion, while landscape and greenery work along the internal roads is being proceeded.

INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE – VILLA ZONE RECEPTION

In October 2025, the construction and development teams proceeded with completion for the Villa Reception, including inspection and fine-tuning in accordance with the design. Meanwhile, the construction of pedestrian walkways, surrounding green park facilities and landscape was being completed.

In November 2025, the construction is expected to be completed and handed over for official operation.
