In October 2024, the development team at the Nam O Heritage project site completed the set work objectives. The November 2024 plan will be diligently executed by the construction team.
BEACHLINE
Following the completion of the main gate and the retail area, the beachline and the landscape surrounding the shophouse mock-up have also been completed. Pavement stonework, stair construction, and planting greenery for the seaside landscape have been carried out.
In November 2024, the remaining decorative elements will be finalized to complete the landscape for the shophouse mock-up area.
SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP
By the end of October 2024, the team of engineers and workers on-site completed the installation of moldings, roof tiling, and the final exterior painting.
The primary focus for November 2024 will be the interior finishing of the shophouse mock-up.
SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – PHASE 2A
As of the end of October 2024, all beachfront shophouses have completed the concrete pouring for the structural columns and basement walls, while the shophouses along the main road have completed the foundation concrete work.
In November 2024, it is anticipated that 20/20 beachfront units and 10/20 units along the main road will complete the ground floor slab concrete pouring.
VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE - PHASE 1
In October 2024, all technical infrastructure work was completed. The sidewalk surfacing will be done later to avoid impacting the structural construction of the villa reception area in the future.
In November 2024, the construction team plans to proceed with site leveling while continuing design and preparation for Phase 2.
INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE
In October 2024, the construction team completed the concrete pouring for the ground floor beams and columns.
In November 2024, all remaining structural work is expected to be completed.
According to the plan, when the shophouse mock-up is completed in November 2024, Miss Ao Dai - a stop along the heritage route and a space showcasing the unique products of Nam O ancient village and Vietnam as a whole - will provide an exciting experience for visitors to Nam O Heritage.
