Amid the lively atmosphere celebrating the 50th Anniversary of National Reunification Day (April 30), in the past month, the construction team of Nam O Heritage has maintained an enthusiastic working spirit, ensuring the timely completion of all key components. The detailed progress of each component is as follows:
SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP
As of the end of April 2025, all 04 mock-up shophouse units have been fully completed with door installation and exterior painting, along with the MEP system installation.
In May 2025, the construction team plans to complete wall plastering and room partitioning for all 04 mock-up shophouses, while continuing with interior design and furnishing installation.


SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – PHASE 2A & 2B
In April 2025, 40 shophouses in Zone 2A have completed the concrete works for the Ground floor structural columns and Mezzanine floor beams. At the same time, the construction team is proceeding with foundation excavation, concrete casting for the foundations and column bases for 28 shophouses in Zone 2B.
In May 2025, 75% of shophouses in Zone 2A are scheduled to complete concrete works for the 2nd-floor beam and floor slab, while all 28 shophouses in Zone 2B are expected to complete concrete works for basement beam and floor slab.


VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
In April 2025, construction of technical infrastructure systems is currently in progress, including the stormwater drainage, wastewater drainage, medium-voltage electrical system, road construction, as well as the power supply, water supply, and lighting systems.
In May 2025, these systems are expected to continue progressing towards completion.


INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE – VILLA ZONE RECEPTION
In April 2025, wall plastering and installation of the recessed MEP lighting system were completed. Roof tiling and construction of the connecting entrance structures are currently underway.
In May 2025, the construction team will continue with wall plastering, exterior wall painting, floor leveling and tiling, along with structural works for the surrounding landscape features of the building.
