Over the past month, the construction team of Nam O Heritage has worked with a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring the timely completion of the project. The detailed progress of each component is as follows:
SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP
As of the end of May 2025, all 04 mock-up shophouse units have been fully completed with exterior wooden railing system installation, along with the MEP system installation, including air conditioning system.
In June 2025, the construction team is expected to complete wall plastering and room partitioning for all 04 mock-up shophouses, while continuing with interior design and furnishing installation.


SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – PHASE 2A & 2B
In May 2025, 40 shophouses in Zone 2A were completed with structural concrete works for the 2nd floor. The construction team is concurrently proceeding with foundation completion and installation of underground MEP pipelines for 28 shophouses in Zone 2B.
In June 2025, all of 40 shophouses in Zone 2A are scheduled to complete the 3rd-floor slab, while all 28 shophouses in Zone 2B are expected to undergo waterproofing installation and completion of structural works for basement floor slab.


VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
In May 2025, construction of technical infrastructure systems is currently in progress, including the water drainage, electrical system, road construction, fire safety as well as the lighting system.
In June 2025, these systems are expected to continue progressing towards completion.


INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE – VILLA ZONE RECEPTION
In May 2025, wall plastering and installation of the recessed MEP lighting system were completed. Exterior wall painting and construction of the green park structures surrounding the building is currently underway.
In June 2025, the construction team will continue with exterior wall painting, waterproofing installation, floor leveling and tiling, glass partition frame installation, along with structural works for the green park features surrounding the building.
