As 2025 comes to a close, Nam O Heritage has successfully completed a number of key construction milestones. Works have been implemented continuously with a high level of discipline and rigorous quality oversight, ensuring steady progress and readiness for the subsequent development phases in 2026. Detailed progress for each component is as follows:

SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP

As of the end of December 2025, 02 in 04 mock-up shophouses are being completed with interior installation, in preparation for operation. Meanwhile, structural works such as wall finishing, floor tiling, MEP and air conditioning system installation have been completed for 02 remaining units.

In January 2026, the construction team is expected to continue with interior design and furnishing installation for all mock-up shophouses, as well as completing the indoor and corridor areas for the next units.

SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – HOI AN & DA NANG ZONES

In December 2025, over 50% of shophouses in Hoi An Zone were progressed with structural concrete works for the rooftop. The construction team is concurrently proceeding with column base and ground floor completion for over 70% of shophouses in Da Nang Zone.

In January 2026, all shophouses in Hoi An Zone are set to complete the rooftop slab, and all shophouses in Da Nang Zone are expected to undergo the completion of structural works for ground floor slab.

VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

In December 2025, over 80% of technical infrastructure systems for the villa zone, including the electrical system, water system, lighting system, fire safety, road and sidewalk system constructions were completed.

In January 2026, these systems are expected to continue progressing towards completion.

INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE – VILLA ZONE RECEPTION

In December 2025, the construction team continued with completion for the Villa Reception, including inspection and fine-tuning in accordance with the design. Meanwhile, the construction of surrounding green park facilities and landscape was being completed.

In January 2026, the construction is expected to be completed and put into operation, introducing a new space of experience for our valued guests to welcome the new year.
