As we officially step into the Year of the Snake 2025, Nam O Heritage has undergone remarkable transformations, embracing a fresh new look in harmony with the vibrant spring colors of Nam O.

SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP

Before the 2025 Lunar New Year, the exterior of the mock-up shophouse units was fully painted, with some units having their door systems installed. In February 2025, the next construction phases will be expedited for completion.

SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – PHASE 2A

The concrete pouring for the beam and floor structure was completed by the construction team before a new year. After the Lunar New Year, the team has begun implementing Phase 2B.

INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE – VILLA ZONE RECEPTION

In January 2025, the main structure of the villa zone reception was fully completed. In February 2025, the construction team will continue working on the entrance structure and other key elements.
