In the past month, the construction team of Nam O Heritage has been putting full effort into completing the tasks in accordance with the set schedule. The detailed progress of each component is as follows:

SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP

By the end of March 2025, all 04 mock-up shophouse units have been fully completed with exterior painting and door installation, along with the MEP system setup.

In April 2025, the construction team is expected to complete wall plastering and room partitioning for all 04 mock-up shophouses, while proceeding with interior design and furnishing.

SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – PHASE 2A & 2B

In March 2025, the ground floor slabs of 40 shophouses in Zone 2A were completed, and construction is now progressing to the structural framework. Meanwhile, all preparatory work for zone 2B has been completed, and the construction team is set to proceed with foundation excavation for the basement.

In April 2025, the concrete columns for the ground floor of 40 shophouses in Zone 2A will be finished, along with the concrete foundation for 28 shophouses in Zone 2B.

VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

In March 2025, construction of the stormwater drainage system and the medium-voltage electrical system is currently in progress.

In April 2025, the stormwater drainage system and medium-voltage electrical system are expected to be completed. Meanwhile, road construction and the installation of power supply, water supply, and lighting systems will be carried out.

INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE – VILLA ZONE RECEPTION

In March 2025, wall plastering and the installation of the recessed MEP lighting system were completed, and the waterproofing of the roof slab is currently in progress.

In April 2025, the construction team will continue with wall plastering and roof tiling, along with the construction of the connecting entrance structures.
