During March 2026, Nam Ô Heritage continued to accelerate construction across key work packages, progressively refining the overall project appearance. Several milestones were achieved during the month, particularly in the show units and technical infrastructure.

TOWNHOUSE SHOW UNITS

Units R02 and S05 have been fully completed, including interior fit-out and furnishing, and have been officially handed over for operation. For units S01 and S03, the second and third floors have completed interior works with both built-in and loose furniture installed, while the first floor is being prepared for product display purposes. The sea-access basement level is currently being fast-tracked for restaurant construction. Remaining works, including flooring, ceiling, MEP systems, and equipment installation, are ongoing.

All four show units are expected to be fully completed and handed over in April 2026.

VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Zones 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 have achieved 100% completion and are now operational, including internal roads, utilities, and landscape maintenance. Zone 2.4 is under simultaneous construction, with overall progress reaching approximately 80–90%. Supporting works such as the fire water tank, wastewater treatment plant, and landscape bridges are also in progress.

In April 2026, the project will focus on completing these items along with the main road system, while continuing works on the fire water tank, wastewater treatment plant, and landscape bridges.

STRUCTURAL WORKS – HỘI AN – ĐÀ NẴNG ZONE

Sub-zone 2A has completed most of the roof slab structural works, including 20/20 units along the main road and 12/20 units along the beachfront row, and is currently progressing with finishing works, reaching approximately 30% completion.

Sub-zone 2B: In March 2026, the contractor completed formwork installation, reinforcement, and concrete casting for the first-floor slab of 28/28 beachfront units and 16/28 units along the main road.

In April 2026, construction will continue with formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works to complete the first-floor slab structure for all remaining units along the main road.
