Nam O Heritage achieved significant construction milestones in 2024, laying the groundwork for the project's development in the coming year.

SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP

By the end of 2024, the mock-up shophouses had their balconies tiled and window frames installed. The surrounding walkways, stairs, and ground floor areas were also fully paved. It is expected that in January 2025, the remaining items will be completed to continue the interior work.

SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS - PHASE 2A

As 2024 came to a close, the ground floor slabs and beams for all beachfront shophouses and lantern street shophouses were poured. The project is on track to complete all concrete works for slabs and beams in January, allowing for the commencement of phase 2B.

VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE - PHASE 1

In December 2024, the construction team focused on developing detailed designs for the roads in phase 2 and the entire villa area. The goal is to complete all designs by the end of January 2025.

INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE - VILLA ZONE RECEPTION

All main structural works were completed in 2024. In January 2025, the construction team will continue with the walkway to the villa reception and start the exterior plastering finishing.
