Nam O Heritage project is currently progressing as per the established schedule, with the construction team maintaining close oversight. In December 2024, the project is set to expedite the remaining works in preparation for the forthcoming Spring season.

SHOPHOUSE MOCK-UP

As of the end of November 2024, the interior construction and painting of the first mock-up shophouse have been completed. According to the plan, all doors and windows will be installed in December. Interior plastering works, as well as interior design and construction of the mock-up rooms, will continue to be implemented.

Notably, the beachfront walkway has been completed with the installation of stone paving for the pathway and stairs, and additional landscaping has been carried out to enhance the surrounding scenery of the building.

SHOPHOUSE FOUNDATIONS – PHASE 2A

In November 2024, the ground floor slab and beam structures were completed for beachfront shophouses and lantern street shophouses.

It is anticipated that these construction works for all beachfront units and main road units will be fully completed in December 2024.

VILLA TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE - PHASE 1

In November 2024, the construction team focused on developing detailed designs for all routes in Phase 2 and the villa zone.

It is anticipated that in December 2024, the design work will be completed, paving the way to officially begin the construction phase.

INDOCHINE EXPRESS LOUNGE – VILLA ZONE RECEPTION

In November 2024, the team of engineers and workers carried out the construction of the main structure for the mezzanine floor and rooftop.

It is anticipated that in December 2024, the entire structure will be completed to proceed to the plastering stage of the exterior.
